Price List Creation Instructions
The price list file must be named "Survivair Price.csv".
The file is a comma separated value (CSV) file. It can be created using Microsoft Excel by making a spreadsheet with the columns arranged as follows:
- 1st column is the part number formatted as a general number
- 2nd column is the description, width of 32 or less. IMPORTANT - the description MUST NOT contain quote marks (").
- 3rd column is the price. Omit any dollar sign ($)
Do not use column header names.
Under the File menu select Save As then in the save dialog box at the bottom where it says "Save as type" select "CSV,coma separated values". Name the file Survivair Price.csv and it is ready to send to your customers to import into their program.
